What to Expect From Ultra Street Fighter IV
Two Ultras
Flexibility is paid for by loss reduction
Ultra Commo Double leaves both options available. This expands the response to the situation, but weakens the separate hit.
Red Focus
Security against a series of attacks is running the scale.
Mechanics can absorb several blows. The decision has to be matched to the remaining Super resource.
Ultra version
New fighters are changing the set of possible encounters.
The publication expands the Arcade Edition and corrects the balance. Old habits are not always appropriate without change.
