What to Expect from Need for Speed Heat
Two sides of the career
Daytime competitions give you money, nighttimes give you a reputation, and for expensive improvements, you'll have to participate in both kinds of races.
Setup under the track
The car can be prepared for normal races, drifts or off-roads; external tuning is separate from performance improvements.
Return before arrest
At night, damage and limited repairs are forced to decide whether to continue the chase for the multiplier or to take the earnings to the garage.
Single career
One player has access to a career: joint races and crews are network functions of the original; their availability is not stated in a given distribution.
