Company
The contract must pay for the losses
You choose tasks, hire people, and supply a unit, and the battle fees aren't much help if you have nothing to pay your salaries and treat the wounded.
Tactical
Fatigue and morality limit the sting.
Heavy equipment and action are draining power, and failure undermines the confidence of the fighters.
Mercenaries
Roles instead of finished classes
Origin, characteristics, and selected skills give you a specialty. The loss of an experienced fighter is more tangible than the loss of an unnamed unit.
