Game overview
What to expect from Alan Wake Remastered
Lights and weapons work together.
A flashlight is needed against the darkness that protects enemies, and then the weapon comes into action, and it's important for the group of opponents to choose the target and keep track of the distance.
Triller divided into episodes
The story is based on pre-prepared scenes and ends up intrigued. The main interest is to understand what's going on, not to freely explore a huge map.
Shootings alternate with investigations
Nighttime clashes are changing between dialogue and finding traces of a wife disappearing, and Alan can't escape indefinitely: stalkers have to leave with endurance.
Remaster with preserved base
Visual updating does not turn the game into a new production: the structure and mechanics are left behind by the original. The Signal and The Writer continue the main story.
Nightmare opens after final
Easy and Normal are available on the first pass. The more complex Nightmare is designed to re-pass and open after the game is finished.
